Our Story

Recipes passed down. Love baked in.

It started with a recipe card in her mother's handwriting and a kitchen full of warmth. Mia learned to bake the way baking was meant to be learned: standing beside the women in her family, measuring by heart, tasting as you go, and understanding that every batch carries something beyond the ingredients.

Cinnamon rolls for family became cinnamon rolls for the neighborhood. Then pound cakes for every occasion. Then a bakery born out of love, right from her own kitchen.

MiA'S Bakery found a second home inside Anonymous Coffee in Williamsburg's New Town, a specialty coffee shop founded on the belief that mental wellness matters. Every cup sold supports NAMI Virginia.

Walk in any morning and look for the stand with Mia's name on it. Cinnamon rolls go fast, sometimes by 10am. If you have your heart set, call ahead.
